Warranty
All products have our quality product guarantee and a 1 year warranty. Our defective product percentage is 0.5%.
Shipping
All orders shipped via your carrier of choice of UPS, FedEx or DHL. Please provide your account number and shipping preference on all PO's to assure prompt processing. Most orders are shipped within 24/48 hours of receipt.
Sample Kits
Sample Kit are subject to discounted rates for the sole purpose of using in showroom or for sales representative. One sample discount pricing order per customer/company. Sample orders can include different products but are limited max two pieces per product.
Returns
Any problems with orders must be reported to IMAX within 10 days of delivery so proper credit or replacement may be granted. If damaged during shipping, please contact your carrier immediately so your claim may be validated. IMAX is NOT responsible for damage due to your shipment carrier.

Are available for qualified dealers, upon credit check (net 15 days).
Fees
Broken carton fees of $5.00 will be charged on all orders not ordering in minimum case packs. A handling fee of $8.00 will be incurred on all orders under $1,000.00. All prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate and raw material cost fluctuation. Periodic updates will follow as available.
